At the age of 15 I started with an apprenticeship in gastronomy. Reluctantly at first, it grew into my greatest passion. However, after nine years in gastronomy, my curiosity led me to a second apprenticeship in the world of finance.
But I found out relatively quickly that my heart beats for gastro. So every holiday became a culinary voyage of discovery. Regardless of the location, I've always been drawn to the small cafés and restaurants. With great attention to detail and the constant desire to discover something new, I was able to collect many ideas and inspirations and decided to return to my original passion.
